Delete your data

You can ask Credit Beat to delete your data at any time. This applies on the website, on Telegram and on WhatsApp.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Credit Beat data". Write from the email address on your account, or tell us the phone number or Telegram ID you use with Credit Beat so we can find your records. We may reply to confirm it is you.

What we delete

Your saved cards and points, Locker entries, chat history, connected Gmail or Outlook accounts and the facts imported from them, and your phone number or Telegram ID. We also revoke our access to any connected mailbox.

How long it takes

We aim to finish within 30 days. Deleted data can remain in provider backups for about seven days until they expire.

Do it yourself

You can disconnect Gmail or Outlook on the Connections page, which removes the imported facts straight away, and you can remove cards and Locker entries in the app. On WhatsApp, send STOP to stop messages.
